Finding a British-Spanish Fusion in Gibraltar

Situated on the southernmost tip of the Iberian Peninsula as well as across the bay of Algeciras and out my bedroom window is Gibraltar. Gibraltar is a U.K. territory and the Gibraltarian people are a racial and cultural fusion of mixed descent: Genoese, Maltese, Portugese and Andalusian. Why I’m Moving to Spain!

It’s official. I just booked my flight today and will be leaving October 12th for sunny Andalusia in Spain to live, work, and learn Spanish! This is absolutely a dream come true and I am so thankful for the opportunity, even though a significant part of me is wanting to crouch into the fetal position and hide when I remember just how horrible my Spanish is.
